| The Navy scoring
program is available for download. The
program lets you score both College and High School fleet
races. When you get it, click on the exe file and it
will open into DOS mode. After you have entered the
schools, the program will ask how many divisions,
how many races, etc. At
the end of those questions it will then ask
whether you want ICYRA scores or ISSA scores.
Answer NO and then YES.
