| West Marine has just notified us that, based on the
success of the past two years "new schools" grant program,
they will continue it for 2002, at the same level - $25,000 total
distributed to school teams in gift certificates of up to $500, based
on team size.
These grants are for new teams only and access is once again
through ISSA - the member form is what triggers the grant process, not
direct calls to West Marine.
The first grants will go out after Jan 1, 2002, for new
teams.
